Overview
It has been our basic principle for continuous improvement in program delivery at Empirical Multidisciplinary Institute. In addition to our accreditation with the HWSETA, ETDPSETA, CHASSETA
and the QCTO for further education and occupational certificates, Empirical Multidisciplinary Institute has ventured into offering undergraduate and post graduate qualifications in collaboration with Keystone University of Africa, which is accredited by the Zambian Higher Education Authority (HEA). We are offering courses in the field of commerce, health and safety, environment, development, and legal studies. Such a partnership will increase the quality, value, and diversity in the services we are offering our clients.

Requirement
Primary Academic Requirement
A completed bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7 or higher) in Business, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
International Equivalent
An equivalent international undergraduate qualification, such as a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, evaluated by SAQA if required.
Postgraduate Diploma Route
A Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or related field may qualify for advanced standing or credit transfer.
Professional Experience
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience. Applicants must submit a CV and supporting documentation.
NSC Performance (Conditional)
Applicants whose prior qualifications were obtained in South Africa must have passed the National Senior Certificate (NSC) with at least five subjects at Level 4 (50–59%) or better. Failure to meet this may result in rejection, even if higher qualifications are presented.
